Our Sun Ultra Enterprise Server Maintenance Course will prepare students to operate, configure and maintain Sun Ultra Enterprise Servers. In this course, students will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to configure Enterprise Server hardware, interpret diagnostics, troubleshoot faulty Enterprise Server systems and components to the Field Replaceable Unit (FRU), use Dynamic Reconfiguration and device replacement to restore systems to proper functioning order, and leverage Internet and Multimedia resources for continuous learning.

This course is intended for field service and support personnel. This course uses active learning to involve the students in their classroom learning and to develop practices that will encourage continuous learning. Students will meet the course objectives through interactive classroom discussion, focused hands-on lab exercises, self-guided research, and scenario-based troubleshooting.
